Project Coordinator / West / Immediate


Responsibilities
·              Communicate and liaise with vendors (local and overseas) through email or telephone calls effectively
·              Other secretarial support as necessary
·              Assist in other administrative support and ad-hoc projects as per assigned
·              Work closely with Finance department to ensure that all original invoices have been received
·              Work closely with Warehouse department to ensure that all goods have been received in order
·              Provide support to keep track and monitor all the on-going projects
·              Responsible for general HR issues for the department, i.e. Petty cash claims, Medical and Transportation Claims, Travel Expenses claims
·              Managing the process of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Sales Order, Delivery Order, Job Sheet, Goods Received, Rental Equipment form, Supplier Return Note and Invoicing
·              Verify bills/invoices from vendors and finance department
·              Keep track records and filing of PR, PO, SO, DO, JS and invoice
·              Arrange out-going mails as and when required by staff
·              Arrange out-going couriers services
·              Photocopy of all the airways bills for filing
·              Record and distribute all incoming mails/parcels to the respective department
·              Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements
·              Assist in logistic planning and delivery

Qualifications & Requirements
-              NITEC in Mechatronics
-              GCE O’Level
-              Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
-              Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop 5.5 & MS office
-              Singaporean / PRs / Malaysians may apply

Responsibilities
·                      Receiving of incoming goods
·                      Checking of physical deliveries against documents (Delivery Order, Packing list etc.)
·                      To inform Inventory Clerk / Warehouse Supervisor immediately of any discrepancies, either of quantity and/or grade of the delivery, against Purchase Order and Delivery Order
·                      Will be required to actively involve in the inventory or stock count of the site
·                      To do goods receiving count and inspection for incoming goods
·                      To lead and assist in stuffing and loading of outgoing goods
·                      Issuing of Fittings to production
·                      Housekeeping and maintenance of store
·                      Other ad-hoc duties and some not within job scope are expected, as required to support the company’s operational function.
·                      Job scope may expand to include additional job functions over time, according to the company’s requirement during expansion or operational functionality.
Requirements
·                      Minimum GCE O’Level
·                     At least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in engineering industry
·                      Valid Forklift License from MOM certified institute is necessary
·                      Class 3 vehicle licenses and above is an advantage
