Responsibilities:
- General Bookkeeping and Reconciliation
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Payments and Cash Management, Payroll, CPF
- Reporting, Budgeting and prepare Audits
- Ensure proper and timely closing of books at each month end
- Attend to external audit and GST matters
- Cost Control, Profitability Management
- Liaise with the bank, TT application, Overseas Remittance
- Prepre DOs and Invoices
- General Administration, Ad-hoc projects and tasks
Requirements:
LCCI / Diploma in Accounting- Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant working experience
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight reporting deadline
- Able to handle multi-task
