Overall job objectives

Handle customers’ or agents’ enquiries via phone, fax, voice mail, website and requests promptly, accurately and professionally
Core responsibilities


Handle customers’ and agents’ follow up case to concern departments as well as call back to customers and agents. Resolve customer’s problems/complaints by applying appropriate skills and escalate the case to the manager when necessary

Job specifications 


Bachelor’s Degree in any related fieldPreferable at least 2 years’ experience in Operation Support area within flower shop businessExperience in Call Centre field would be an advantageCustomer oriented with good customer handling skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in high pressured environmentGood command of written and spoken English, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.Good computer literacy

Landscape Technician

OVER ALL JOB OBJECTIVES


Maintenance of Plants, Shrubs, Trees, Flowers, Grass Turfs, Irrigation and Drainage Systems

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


•   Watering of plants and removal of weeds or unwanted plants•   Application of fertilizer, pesticide and other chemicals that will promote the growth of the plants•   Cutting or pruning of plants•   Plant propagation•   Perform other instructions from the Landscape supervisor and/or manager

JOB SPECIFICATION


•   Secondary/ "O" Level Education•   WSQ Landscape Operation (Entry Level)•   Can Work Outdoors in the Hot Sun•   Physically Fit to Handle Tools and Move Around During Work
