Responsibilities:
§ Reporting to the Sales Support Unit
§ Provide reliable & efficient sales admin support to our Sales Team
§ Liaising closely and communicate effectively with our overseas networks and customers
§ Attending to customers’ enquiries pertaining to sales issues and requirements
§ Preparation of month-end reports etc
Requirements:
§ GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma holders in any related discipline
§ IT Savvy
§ 2-3 years sales admin or customer service experience in freight forwarding industry preferred
§ Customer-focused and proactive
§ Possess good coordination & organizational skills
§ Fast worker with initiatives & positive working attitude
§ Able to work independently under minimal supervision
