Who we are
We are an education company providing tuition services for primary and secondary school students. We have vacancies for a receptionist/admin assistant at both of our centres. They are located at Ang Mo Kio and Clementi and are easily accessible by MRT or bus.
Responsibilities:
● Perform general administrative duties such as filing, simple data entry, maintenance of documents and files, photocopying, collection and record of payments.
● Attend to phone enquires and visitors to the centre.
Working Hours:
● Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 1pm – 7pm
● Friday: 12pm - 8pm
● Sat: 10.30am – 6.30pm
● Sun: 10.30am – 6.30pm
● Tuesday Off
Requirements:
● Must be able to work on weekends
● Fluent in both English and Mandarin
● Singaporean / Permanent Resident
● Minimum ‘N’/‘O’ levels
● 1 year working experience
● Basic computer knowledge (word, excel)
