Full Time Receptionist / Admin Assistant (Ang Mo Kio/Clementi)

Who we are
We are an education company providing tuition services for primary and secondary school students.  We have vacancies for a receptionist/admin assistant at both of our centres.  They are located at Ang Mo Kio and Clementi and are easily accessible by MRT or bus.

Responsibilities:
        Perform general administrative duties such as filing, simple data entry, maintenance of documents and files, photocopying, collection and record of payments.
        Attend to phone enquires and visitors to the centre.

Working Hours:
        Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 1pm – 7pm
        Friday: 12pm - 8pm
        Sat: 10.30am – 6.30pm
        Sun: 10.30am – 6.30pm
        Tuesday Off
Requirements:
        Must be able to work on weekends
        Fluent in both English and Mandarin
        Singaporean / Permanent Resident
        Minimum ‘N’/‘O’ levels
        1 year working experience
        Basic computer knowledge (word, excel)
