Senior Executive/Officer, Customer Service

Job Description


  In charge of all service after sales (SAS) enquiries and activities
  independently
  Responsible for order and maintenance of spare parts inventory
  Handle SAS related complaints professionally
  Handle all of the defective products with the quality issue
  Fully support all of the frontline staff for SAS matters
  Liaise with 3PL SAS workshop
  Arrange delivery of defective product to warehouse from shops and return
  to suppliers



Requirement


  At least 1 – 2 years After Sales Service experience
  Customers & service oriented, competent in interacting with customers
  and feedbacks
  Good communication skills
  Work well in a team environment, with energetic & positive attitude
  Physically fit and able to work on shifts and on weekends / PH (6 day
  week)
  Knowledge of MS Excel
