HR/Admin Executive

Job Description
-Handle recruitment, onboarding, orientation and familiar with work pass application.
-Able to review, draft, and propose policies changes.
-Handle performance management, talent management / retention.
-Handle HRD like training needs analysis, administration, reporting for audit requirements and internship management.

Job Requirement
-At least Diploma / Degree in HRM or Business.
-At least 4 years of HR related experience with full spectrum preferred.
-Those with at least Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and / or
-Diploma in Compensation and Benefits Management will be added advantage.
-Must be familiar with Employment Act and Foreign Manpower Employment
-Act, Industrial Relation Act and etc.
-Able to present, speak and write well.
-Independent, resourceful, team player, pleasant disposition and goal achiever.
