Sales Consultants / Account Managers / Business Development Manager

Purpose:
Seeking “hunters” potential sales candidates with good track records and strong network of contacts in any industry, he/she will be responsible for generating new leads and handling direct/channel accounts. Managing prospects/customers phone, email enquiries and on-site meeting business requirements. Candidates must have 2 years or more experience in solution selling preferably in ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, HRMS & other integrated software related. Candidates keen on.

Requirements:

Fluent and effective in both spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin).
Must have at least 2 years or more experience in solution software selling preferably in ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, HRMS & other software related industry.
Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written.
Aggressive, Customer Driven, Resourceful and Self Motivated.
Strong business acumen and understanding in both technology and business issues.
Ability to build strong rapport with senior management staff of prospect.
Ability to learn and keep abreast with new technologies.
Affable personality with natural ability to work well in both an independent capacity; as well as being team-oriented with colleagues in a multi-cultural environment.
Professional and confident in interacting with both internal and external customers, and demonstrating a positive and outgoing personality.
Able to start work immediately.

Permanent Position.
Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri).
Good remuneration & high commissions.

Salary Range (negotiable: depends on qualifications, experience and communication skills)
Singaporeans, PR & non-Singaporeans are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

-Responsible for orders and revenue growth of assigned products in Singapore.
-Responsible for account management, identification of new targeted accounts, and improvement of overall market share and profitability.
-Act as the primary sales and account management professional and maintain close relationship with customers.
-To perform cold calls and look for SME prospects to market software.
-Conduct discussions with customers to identify their requirements and design solutions that best meets their needs.
-To perform product presentations of proposed solutions highlighting the technical and operational benefits to customers.
-To follow up the sales cycle till closed.
