Sub-Contracts Manager x 2 - URGENT

Job Description

-Overseas and manages the Sub-Contract Department’s daily function.

-Responsible for all Sub-Contracting activities of the Company on project basis meeting quality requirements.

-Responsible for evaluation and recommending New Subcontractor.

-Responsible on review and formal approval of the Work Order for Sub- Contracting of Work.

-Responsible for preparation and maintaining of statistical analysis toward Company’s objectives for Sub-Contractor Performance Evaluation.

Job Requirement

-At least Diploma / Degree in Engineering, preferably with Certificate in

Business Management.

-Min 5 - 8 years of experience liaises with sub-contractors with 3 years of managerial roles at similar industry preferred.

-Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking.

-Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Project management and coordination experience preferred.

-Strong teamwork, high level of responsibility and able to adapt in fast paced environment.

-Be able to integrate and contribute within a team environment
