Our Clients, is in Marine and Offshore Floating Production Conversions, specializes in the design and construction of offshore drilling rigs from shallow water to deep water and Industrial Power Plant, Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Plant Fabrication and Installation business.
They has proven track records in the building and servicing of jack-up rigs and semi-submersible rigs. And also executed a wide range of major projects involving Marine FPSO Conversion / Process Module Construction, Oil and Gas Industry.

Job Responsibilities
-Responsible to vet through incoming tenders and to provide summary of tender due date, project start / end date, tender submission requirements and mode of submission.
-Check and verify correctness of formulation in tender costing and requirements for tender submission.
-Prepare tender questionnaires, pre-qualification, references and logo for submission.
-Circulate project budget for approvals and back-up administrative work when needed.
Job Requirements
-Diploma in Quantity Surveyor, Engineering or relevant field of study.
-Min 3 years experience in major Engineering, Marine Offshore or Oil & Gas industry with substantial exposure to administration of diverse types of contracts.
-Sound contractual knowledge and hands-on experience in tenders administration and estimation.
-Willing to commit to long working hours to meet the tender deadlines.
-Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
