Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
• Perform sales transactions and handle customers’ enquiries on mobile phone and telecommunication services
• Perform cashiering and stock-take duties
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and ensure a high standard of service is accorded to customers at all times

Requirements:
• Diploma in any discipline with or without experience, or GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' Level or ITE with minimum 1 year's sales experience
• Highly motivated and sales-oriented
• Possess good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of wireless and internet solutions would be an advantage
