Renu Engineering Inspections Pte Ltd is a leading regional service provider in the field of Non-Destructive Testing for the Engineering Fabrication, Oil & Gas, Marine and Petrochemical industries. Office hours are from 9am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. The company is located at Toh Guan Road East (near to IMM). Job Summary
Provide marketing support to the business processes in the company and also other administrative duties pertaining to Sales and Human Resources.
Job Details
● Follow up with existing clients and introduce additional services to them
● Follow up on general sales enquiries
● Maintains necessary reports and documents for submission to the Head of Sales
● Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, maintenance of documents and files, photocopying
● Acts as secretary in Sales/HR meetings and discussions
● Accompany the relevant managers for client and prospect visits, if required
Skills/Qualifications
● Pleasant voice & disposition
● Excellent telephony skills
● English fluency (both spoken and written)
● Microsoft Office skills
● Good organizational skills
● Ability to interact with management and staff alike
● Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
● Preference will be given to candidates with previous sales and marketing experience, especially in the Technical (Engineering) industry
● Suitably qualified foreigners may also apply
