Analyst (Key Account / Customer Service)
Contract Duration : 5 months (To cover maternity leave)
Working Location : Alexandra
Job Responsibilities :
ü Understand customer logistics procedures in relation to the operations, information services and documentation, and customer service processes supported by logistics and related service providers.
ü Ensure effective, efficient and timely meeting and delivery of customer commitments by logistics offices and related service providers.
ü Coordinate with APL Logistics offices to establish comprehensive monitoring and measurement of logistics operations processes with focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).
ü Maintain efficient span on effective communications and interaction with customers and their business associates.
ü Focal point person to address daily operations issues for assigned key accounts
Job Requirements :
q Diploma/ A-Level education in a relevant field.
q Some working experience with a logistics service provider environment, with track record in large account management preferred.
q Knowledge and experience in logistics management, warehousing and distribution and other supply chain-related services preferred.
q Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including skills in spoken and written communications.
q Team player with the ability to work independently within deadlines.
q Ability to effectively & efficiently adopt/adapt information technology and logistics solutions as an enabler in operations processes is a plus
