We are currently looking for Sales Coordinator who has knowledge in aftersales related work   At least 3 years working experience, preferably Singaporean, SPR who can start immediately.  

Sales Coordinator

Summary:  To provide full support on small and large scale projects and “shorts” sales, pre and post procurement by the sales team, through:

• Assisting with quotations and follow-up, including analysis of business won and lost
• Assisting with sourcing suppliers of products and modifications required to meet customer’s specifications
• Full responsibility for all customer order processing, progress tracking and problem resolution through the duration of the project and/or shorts order
• Full responsibility for raising all purchase orders to suppliers of products and modifications, progress tracking and problem resolution
• Responsibility for ensuring all project and order requirements, specifications and deadlines are met, in association with the Project Manager
• Responsibility for all project and order shipping and delivery arrangements, international as well as local
• Being the first point of contact for allocated projects and customers covering topics such as orders processing, progress reporting, problem resolution, payment chasing, document supply and control, with escalation point being the Project Manager
• Assisting with the close-out of assigned projects in association with the Project Manager
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 
Requirements:

• Mid-high level of proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, internet applications and word processing software
• Able to adapt quickly to new systems and procedures
• Good interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
• Excellent work attitude
• Minimum 2 years work experience in project management or coordination, preferably in similar field
