Car Delivery Support Officer

Job responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for Sales Administrative documentation, process and coordination
• Monitor on master stock list on the unit's status of their arrivals/test drive/ showroom/ future stock
• Monitor for release letter & cover note, PDI request, sales agreement, shipment models and pricelist
• Ensure sales folders (order forms, PDI forms, car registration files) are all submitted accurately and timely for registration and deliveries
• Liase with Sales, Marketing Department and distributor on Sales Support related matters
• Other task as assigned by the Management

Job requirements:

 

• 2 to 5 years of Sales Support administrative experience (Automobiles industry background will be an added advantage)
• Only Chinese, Singaporean or PR
• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
• Able to start work immediately
• Able to multi-task, dependable, responsible, organised, hands-on and work under pressure
• Good team player and strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and with the knowledge of Kerridge software will be an added advantage
