Job Scope
Lead and oversee operations of academy.
Handle development frameworks, strategies etc
Various aspects of training & development work
Liaise with external government and private sectors
Direct research agenda
Promote the academy
Submit papers, reports, budgets
Formulate, implement and review work plans
Represents at meetings and events locally and overseas
Assists in projects and activities in other sections
Participates in initiatives eg. Work Improvement Teams and Staff Suggestion Schemes
Other ad-hoc duties required.
Requirements
Singaporeans or SPR
Degree holders, preferably in Sociology, Psychology or Social Work
Experience in supervisory role, overseeing youth development or learning and development
Macro perspective of issues and have an eye for details
Manage small team effectively
Location : Town / East area
