Site Supervisor

The Job:

·         Supervising  & manage site technicians/contractors in performing installation of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Systems or IT/Network/Communications Systems

·         Planning & executing work orders such that projects are completed within timelines & established procedures

·         Assess site situations, make appropriate decisions & manage customers’ expectations

·         Able to personally hands-on for site jobs when required

·         Attend site meetings

·         Identifying opportunities for additional work orders / variations orders

·         Assisting department manager in managing department resource efficiently and effectively

·         Reporting of department activities and performance

·         Updating and reviewing of work progress and costing updates to sales departments

·         Taking reasonable care of department assets and tools under his custody.

Job Requirements:

·         NITEC/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Engineering

·         Preferred with experience or skills relating to Project Management of Site Installation Jobs, Site Supervision

·         PC knowledge

·         Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking staff

·         Driving License Class 3 (preferred)

·         Only Singaporean and PR need to apply
