Job Responsibilites: - Collection and collation of product information from various departments - Copywriting of product descriptions - Keying in of product and customer information into database - Ensuring accuracy of database - Answering of customers' enquiries by email, social media and phone - Systematic filing of customer and product information - Continuous feedback to management team on data collection and data management process - Adhoc administrative duties as required Job Requirements: - Must have good written and verbal command of English - Preferably have basic speaking proficiency in Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking colleagues - Basic knowledge of Excel and Word - 'O' level and above. Diploma preferred - Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to work in a startup environment - Self motivated, hardworking, good work attitude and is able to handle stress and meet tight datelines - No experience required.
