• Assists in following up on the sales files to be submitted for registrations.
• Assists in data entry of Booking List and checking of stock allocation on a daily basis.
• Creates customer records in Kerridge system and updates system for new models specifications
• Filing of forms and printing of photographs for delivering to customers.
• Assist in updating of shipment arrival details
• Prepare proposal for new stock orders and customers’ orders.
• Other adhoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of ‘O’ levels and above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience
• Fresh diploma graduate can be considered
• Hardworking , meticulous and able to work independently
Working days/hours:
Mon to Fri (9AM - 6PM) & Alternate Sat (9AM - 1PM)
Able to claim OT
