Customer Service Executive


Job Description:

- Process required documentation accurately for delivery of orders

- Accurate and fast placement of orders in SAP, relayed through fax or email

- Accurate identification and recording of customer enquiries with appropriate ownership and resolution

- Minimize customer dissatisfaction by ensuring enquiries are handled with agreed timeline

- Proactive credit management of customers, reflecting terms and conditions, understanding delays, tracking and recording outcomes to help drive cash flow improvement

- Accurate quotation preparation using core processes to ensure a ‘Get It Right First Time’ approach

- Establish compliance with company’s safety standards, call quality, policies and procedures


Requirements:

- GCE ‘O’ level and above

- Relevant experience in customer service is required

- SAP knowledge and application

- Understanding of Order-to-Cash process

- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Strong interpersonal skills and networking ability

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Good influencing skills for customer handling and credit management

- Highly organized and able to work under pressure

- Fast learner, strong team player and detail-oriented


Working hours:
Mon - Fri ; 8.30am - 5.30pm
