New Hire Program Coordinator (IT MNC)


Duration: Part time position, 3 times a week. 12 months Contract
Location: Central
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Be the SME on New Hire Programs in Asia
Ø       Manage Asia New Hire Programs and act as point of contact to validate schedule and associated attributes. E.g. costs, audience, timing
Ø       Manage and monitor the New Hire Online reporting tool

  • Administer and track progress of New Hire plans and escalate as appropriate when progress are not meeting milestones
Ø       Address problems, issues, barriers to execution or scheduling and escalate accordingly

  • Orchestrate and run regular program management rhythm
Ø       Schedule regular New Hire status review with Readiness team in the field and Asia RHQ

  • Consolidate and maintain New Hire program plans and status update across Asia
Ø       Update New Hire Plan to reflect changes

  • Provide input and recommendations to successfully support processes for the New Hire Program
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • 5+ years of related experience in sales and marketing field
  • Strong project management experience with attention to details and ensuring programs milestones adheres to timeline
  • Strong project management experience with managing multiple activities with tenacity for execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Experience in communications with v-team and Corp program managers
  • Strong interpersonal skills to professionally work with team and stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) will be required
  • Dynamic driver, team player, consensus builder
