HR & Administration Executive / Officer (Urgent - 2 positions)
- Recruitment and HR Management
- Work closely with line managers on recruitment needs.
- Placement of job advertisements.
- Arrangement of interviews.
- Conducting of interviews.
- Process application of work passes.
- Prepare employment letters, maintain and update personnel files and HRIS.
- On-boarding: conduct briefing & orientation to new hires on their first day of work, issue staff pass and arrange pre-employment check-up for new
hires.
- Confirmation: monitor staff probation and confirmation, administer staff confirmation performance appraisal, prepare letter of
confirmation.
- Resignation: cancellation of work pass, conduct exit interview.
- Leave & Claims Administration
- Medical & Dental administration: liaise with personnel from Company doctor, maintain and update company panel listing of clinics, check all medical and dental claim bills, arrange annual health screening and annual SATA checkup, issue medical chit to probation staff for medical appointment and pre-employment check-up.
- Liaise with workplace health service provider and coordinating of program.
- Office Administration (Door Access system, PABX phone system, Key system)
- Training Administration
