Training Manager
Duties will include:
-To develop and implement training and development policies, procedures and systems
-To conduct Training Needs Analysis
-To develop and implement Total Company Training Plan
-To plan, source and execute training programs according to the identified needs
-To oversee the execution of activities planned as per the Training and development calendar
-To oversee the maintenance the training portal
-To evaluate effectiveness of training provided.
-Conduct orientation for new hires
-Coordinate with internal departments and external training providers for training matters.
-To oversee the proper maintenance of training records for the various departments
-To generate monthly and annual reports for management.
-Conduct and supervise in-house soft skills and technical training programs
-To develop and update training material including presentations, training manuals, training tests and evaluations.
-To operate Approved Training Centre efficiently and effectively.
Job Requirements
-Degree of any discipline
-Strong analytical and conceptualization skills
-Motivated and self-driven team player who thrives on tight deadlines and challenges
-Strong presentation / facilitation skills
-Excellent command of spoken and written English
-Knowledge of curriculum and assessment design will be an added advantage
-Possess full WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) is a must
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Training and Development Management
