The Job:
· Involved in logistics activities i.e. processing of purchase requisitions / tracking incoming shipments and scheduling of customer deliveries/export shipment co-ordination
· Preparation of export documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc
· Work closely with internal departments, vendors and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries
· Monitor store activities to ensure all incoming / outgoing inventory items are accounted for in stock reports
· Monitor packing activities to ensure packing standards conforms to delivery requirements
· Store facility management
· Basic accounting and Data entry
· Other administrative activities
Job Requirements:
· Certificate in Logistics / Supply Management or equivalent
· 1 year relevant work experience in purchase or logistics function
· Knowledge of import/export procedures & shipment documentations advantageous
· Committed, diligent and responsible individual
· Capable of multi-tasking with good organizational skills
· Bi-lingual with in spoken/written English and Mandarin
· Knowledge of Quick Book Accounting Software added advantage
· 5 day work week
