To handle budget planning & coordination
ICT & AV Equipment & Services Procurement
Inventory management
Technical service coordination
Computer lab scheduling
Manage ICT programmes
Website maintenance
Administration of learning management system
Plan and coordinate surveys or assessments requiring the use of ICT systems
Other duties assigned etc
Requirements
Good ICT technical knowledge
Able to multi-task, work independently and as a team.
Good knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word)
Flexible and strong organizational skills
Experience in carrying out ICT contract, vendor and project management
Related working experience in school is an advantage
Medically fit
5-days work week. Mon – Fri.
Salary commensurate with experience & qualifications.
