Job Description:
- Coordinate board and committee meetings / events and prepare materials / resources and logistics needs for the smooth running of such meetings / events.
- Assist in securing signatures on the final minutes, board resolutions and other corporate documents circulated to members for signatures, send timely reminders for submission of meeting materials
- Assist with the filing of annual returns, statutory accounts and other corporate documents; maintaining statutory records
- Providing secretarial backup support to the office of Chief Financial Officer, performing general administrative support
Job Requirements:
- Higher NITEC in Business Studies (Administration) with at least 3-5 years' relevant experience;
- OR GCE 'O" / 'A' levels, Diploma or its equivalent with at least 2 years' relevant working experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good event management skills
- Must be a team player
- Proficient in MS Office applicants (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoints)
- Familiar with the use of various office equipment and applications
- Possess a learning attitude and must be willing to learn / or be trained
- Ideally have worked in an office environment for at least 5 years
