Solution Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide support to end users in installing and troubleshooting printing, scanning, network or application issue

• To ensure but not limited to firmware and software update, setup and commissioning of machines with connectivity and software/solutions installation

• To perform Helpdesk Support role as well as Onsite Support, on rotating basis

• To perform other duties including management of projects, as and when assigned by the Management


Requirements:

 

• Minimum 1 year working experience 

• Diploma / Degree holder in computing engineering or IT related field

• MCSA or CCNA will be an added advantage

• Sound knowledge of network technology, PC and Macintosh hardware & software skills

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meticulous to details

• Preferably possess own transport
