Responsibilities

a) Sourcing for products pertaining to clients’ requirements

b) Preparation of quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders and commercial invoices.

c) Verifying and preparation of all documents required for goods delivery

d) Proper documentation and filling of all quotations and purchase orders

e) Co-ordinate between customer and suppliers on all matters

f)  Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

a) Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred

b) Minimum 1 year sales experience in oil and gas industry

c) Able to work independently and under pressure

e) Must have strong drive to increase product sales

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide support to end users in installing and troubleshooting printing, scanning, network or application issue
